Collection of Winnings

Winnings from settled wagers are added to the balance of your betting account. Where possible, all withdrawals will be processed to the payment account from which the deposits were made. Withdrawals will only be made in the name of the registered account holder. For most payment types, withdrawals can be processed by clicking 'Withdraw' on the World Sports Betting website, subject to there being sufficient funds in your betting account.

If the value of a deposit is not played through in full before a withdrawal is requested, World Sports Betting reserve the right to make a 5% charge to the customer's account to cover all reasonable costs relating to both the deposit and withdrawal (Minimum Admin fee R50.00). If necessary the value of the withdrawal requested may be reduced accordingly.

With regard to the collection of winning cash bets, if any winning bet payable by World Sports Betting is not collected within a period of 90 days from the date on which the event occurred, such a bet shall be payable at the discretion of World Sports Betting provided that the tax on such a bet has been paid.

Please note, minimum withdrawal is R50. There is no set maximum withdrawal amount.

World Sports Betting reserves the right to refund/pay any withdrawal/payment directly back into your credit card if a credit card deposit was made prior to your withdrawal request.
Should your deposit have been made via an EFT/SID Deposit, World Sports Betting will present you with the option of selecting your credit card account or savings/cheque account as a method of withdrawal.

South African Account Holders-When processing a withdrawal, please allow a maximum of 2 working days for the withdrawal to reflect into your account.
Credit Card Payments/Refunds can take up to 5 working days for the withdrawal to reflect into your account.

International Account Holders-When processing a withdrawal, please allow a maximum of 8 working days for the withdrawal to reflect into your account due to SA Reserve Bank policies.

Please note on your first withdrawal, you are required to provide World Sports Betting with FICA Documentation, as is set out in South African Legislation.
Your World Sports Betting account will need to be active from your first transaction, for a period exceeding 1 month, before your first withdrawal can be processed.

You are required to provide us with FICA documents annually, unless your withdrawal exceeds R 25 000.00 or more
